FROZEN DAIQUIRI

This is a formula that can be interestingly varied. For a frozen fruit daiquiri, add 1 cup sliced fresh or frozen strawberries, sliced peaches or bananas, or cubed melon or substitute Fruit Syrup for the simple syrup.

Process in a blender until smooth:

  • 2 ounces light rum
  • 1 ounce grapefruit or orange juice
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • ½ ounce Simple Syrup
  • ½ ounce maraschino liqueur or Curaçao
  • 2 cups ice cubes

Pour into a chilled wineglass.
