FRUIT KEFIR
4 to 6 servings

Kefir is a close relative of yogurt and is sold in liquid form. If you cannot find it, cultured buttermilk is a fine substitute.

Combine in a blender:

  • 2 cups plain kefir
  • 2 cups raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, chopped strawberries, or peeled, pitted, and chopped peaches, apricots, or mangoes

Process until smooth. Refrigerate for about 24 hours. Stir before serving.
